People Leave Managers not Organizations !

This is one of the most important factor of employee turn-over in organizations. Many of you know that how much cost leaving of an employee to organization? So to reduce turn over organizations try to better its policies, compensation system, time schedule, change employees job description.., but the problem persists!! Why?

Most of the employees either I have met during my projects or visited/ asked them at personal meetings; they mentioned the only reason: The Miss-Behave of Immediate Boss!! And almost all of the employees are happy or at least can go with policies and regulations of organization.so employees to avoid "bad" managers they alwasys have one available option( to leave organization) !

How ever this point is not looking so scientific because it is not properly investigated and researched! But it is valid and reliable to be considered an important component in employee turn over. It is as I know you have free choice!
